Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• I have checked all points listed below
  
  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by any other journal.
  
  2. The submission file must be prepared using the JISD template.
  
  3. The submitted manuscript must be in Microsoft Word format and include a complete list of authors and their affiliations.
  
  4. The manuscript should be written in English.
  
  5. The manuscript, including figures and tables, should be between six (6) and twelve (12) pages in length, containing 3,500–6,000 words (including references).
  
  6. The manuscript must contain a minimum of twenty (20) references from recent journal articles relevant to the topic.
  
  7. Where available, URLs for the references must be provided.
  
  8. E-mail addresses listed in the manuscript (authors' e-mail addresses) must be official institutional e-mail addresses (avoid using personal e-mail services such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.).
