Submission Tutorial

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure you use the provided template and follow the submission checklist. If you are not yet registered, please register with IIAIR first.

Once logged in, look for the "New Submission" button or link, found in the user dashboard. Click on "New Submission" to begin.

Afterward, the first menu, "1. Start," will appear on your screen. Please review all the required items for the submission by checking the box next to each one. Ensure that you agree with and have adhered to all the provided requirements.

Next, please check the acknowledgment of copyright transfer items, as shown below:

Next, upload the manuscript by clicking the "Upload File" button. For LaTeX submissions, please upload the PDF and the compressed file of the LaTeX source (.zip/.tar) as separate files by clicking the "Add File" button. For other formats, we also recommend uploading both the PDF and the source file as separate files. After finishing the uploads, click the "Save and Continue" button to proceed to the next step.

Then, continue to enter the metadata, such as the title and abstract of your manuscript and other informations if needed, as shown below:

Next, you will automatically be listed as the author. Ensure that the "In Browse List" option is checked and that the primary contact is marked for the corresponding author. We recommend that the corresponding author be responsible for the manuscript and communication throughout the editorial process at IIAIR. Therefore, if you are an undergraduate or master's student, please make sure your corresponding author is your supervisor. To add a new contributor or author, click "Add Contributor" and fill in the relevant information. Then, add your keywords in the designated section and click "Save and Continue"

That's it! For final confirmation, click "Finish Submission." You can also review the previous steps by clicking the tabs labeled: 1. Start, 2. Upload Submission, and 3. Enter Metadata. We suggest reviewing your data before submission.
