This Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karang Joang, Balikpapan City, who face challenges in digital technology adoption and business legality. The main issues addressed are the lack of understanding of sustainable entrepreneurship, digital promotion, and access to the OSS licensing system. The methods used include initial surveys, entrepreneurship training, digital marketing assistance, and facilitation in registering Business Identification Numbers (NIB). The results show that participants were able to create business social media and e-commerce accounts, and some successfully obtained official business legality. The training and mentoring programs proved effective in enhancing entrepreneurial literacy and technical capacity. This program positively impacted MSME capacity building and encouraged sustainable digital-based businesses.
