The Community Service Program was carried out in RT 52, Karang Joang Village, North Balikpapan District, Balikpapan City. This location is in a strategic area, close to educational centers and connecting routes to the Kariangau-Capital City Toll Road. However, this area still faces problems such as the condition of the integrated health posts which are damaged due to minimal attention after the Covid-19 pandemic. Damage to the ceiling and inadequate facilities mean that the integrated health posts are no longer used by residents. In addition, the sports field which is still a sandy floor disturbs road users because of the scattered sand. Through this program entitled Environmentally Friendly Development for a Healthy Community, the team focuses on health issues and improvements to public facilities by repainting the integrated health posts, providing healthy living counseling, and designing safe field boundaries. To measure the effectiveness of the program, an opening and closing questionnaire was conducted. The results of the questionnaire showed a significant increase in positive public perception, where the majority of respondents answered "Strongly Agree" at the closing compared to the opening which was still varied. This shows that the program has a real impact and is well received by residents.
