Plagiarism Policy

Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Innovation (MEMI) Journal upholds intellectual property rights and committed to safeguarding and promoting the originality of authors’ work. Submissions that contain any form of plagiarism are considered to violate the journal’s standards of quality, research integrity, and innovation.

Therefore, all authors submitting manuscripts to the MEMI Journal are required to adhere to ethical guidelines and avoid plagiarism in any form.

Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial screening process and is evaluated using advanced plagiarism detection software (Turnitin).

Manuscripts will proceed to the next stage of review only if the similarity index is below 25%. Submissions with a similarity score of 25% or higher will be returned to the authors, who may revise and resubmit their work.

Only articles with a similarity index below 25%, and with properly cited and accurate references in accordance with scientific writing standards, will be considered for publication.
