Utilization of Digital Applications as Interactive Learning Media for Children in RT 18, Batu Ampar Village, North Balikpapan District.

The tutoring program carried out by the social service in RT 18 Batu Ampar aims to enhance children's understanding of key subjects, namely Mathematics and Indonesian language. By utilizing digital applications as interactive learning media, this program provides an enjoyable and educational approach for children from various educational levels. The methods used include science-based experiments and the introduction of family medicinal plants (TOGA). Data collection was done using pre-tests and post-tests to assess the improvement in students' understanding. The results of the study show significant improvement in Mathematics and Indonesian language comprehension after participating in the program, as reflected in the changes in the scores between the pre-test and post- test. This program also involves active participation from parents and local communities to create a supportive learning environment. However, the program still faces some limitations, such as limited time and inadequate facilities, which are considered for future development.
