Abstract

Limited human resources and time in managing RT administration are issues that need to be addressed. RT administrators are burdened with responsibilities outside of their RT duties, meaning that administrative tasks can only be processed within limited time frames. The digitization of website-based administrative services is a solution that can be offered to facilitate more effective and efficient administration. Additionally, the website can store administrative data and serve as a medium for disseminating information that can be accessed by all residents, especially those in RT 24, Sepinggan Raya. With good cooperation between RT administrators and residents, the SIRTERA 24 website has become a digital solution that has successfully improved the quality of public services at the RT level.
