PERANCANGAN DESAIN DAN PERBAIKAN SKALA KECIL BANGUNAN DI YAYASAN FATHIR RAHMAN SHIDDIQ UNTUK SARANA EDUKASI

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) at the Fathir Rahman Shiddiq Foundation was motivated by the need for proper learning spaces and educational support facilities. The foundation serves underprivileged children and faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, technological literacy, and branding efforts. The KKN team carried out the three main activities: designing a multifunctional learning building, repairing damaged classroom walls, and conducting socialization sessions on parental involvement in children’s education. The applied methods included site surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs) , and evaluation through pre- and post-test. The results showed increased awareness and community involvement, along with outputs including design blueprints, documentation, and academic articles. This program demonstrates that collaboration between students, foundation partners, and the community can result in real and sustainable impact.
