Pinisi Village is a marine tourism destination that holds great potential if managed participatively and sustainably. However, several supporting facilities are still inadequate, such as a non-functioning integrated health post (Posyandu), a lack of directional signs, and limited parking space for visitors. These problems affect tourist comfort, access to health services, and environmental quality. This community service program aims to enhance the utility of public facilities through three main steps: (1) repurposing the Posyandu into a multipurpose hall that also functions as a center for social activities and basic health services, (2) installing block name signs and notice boards as a means of socialization and raising environmental awareness, and (3) providing parking space to support the comfort and orderliness of tourism activities. This activity prioritizes the participation of the local community to ensure the program's sustainability. The results of the activity show an improvement in the function of public spaces, environmental cleanliness, and citizens' awareness regarding the management of the tourist area to be more orderly and visitor-friendly.
