The Klandasan Ilir Sub-District in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province, possesses significant potential for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), yet it faces challenges in digital marketing and product design. This community service activity aimed to optimize the use of digital platforms and improve the quality of MSME product design. The methods employed included MSME data collection, digital marketing training and socialization, and the development of an MSME website. The activity culminated in the creation of a structured MSME database, enhanced skills of MSME actors in digital marketing and product design, and the availability of a digital marketing channel through the website. This activity successfully increased the visibility and competitiveness of the MSMEs and contributed to sustainable local economic growth.
