IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS IN THE GRIYA DIVA ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

Digitization at the local community level is a significant challenge in Indonesia, especially in non-formal educational institutions such as Al-Qur'an Education Parks (TPQ), which often still rely on conventional administrative methods. One TPQ that still implements this method is TPQ Baitul Jannah, located in the Griya Diva Housing Complex, Balikpapan. The main problems identified were the inefficient management of student data at TPQ Baitul Jannah and the fragmented dissemination of community information. The solutions implemented included two activities: the implementation of a web-based teaching information system to automate TPQ administration and the creation of an Instagram social media account as a platform for community communication and branding. Both activities were carried out collaboratively by the Community Service Team and its partners. The research results show that the information system has succeeded in improving the efficiency and transparency of student data management, while social media has effectively transformed the communication flow to be more structured and widely accessible.
