Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a fundamental phase in a child's development, focusing on character building, introducing core values, and stimulating cognitive, motor, and social skills. At this stage, adopting a healthy lifestyle is crucial and needs to be instilled early on, including through learning about waste management. Poorly managed waste can have serious impacts on public health, the environment, and ecosystem sustainability. Therefore, instilling the habit of waste sorting from an early age plays a strategic role in building environmental awareness. The Community Service Program (KKN) is one form of teaching for PAUD students, using modules to teach them about the waste classification system. This hands-on approach teaches young children the importance of sorting waste based on its types. This is expected to provide children with insight into the various types of waste and to learn how to start sorting waste based on its types from an early age.
