In addition to helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) expand their markets and become more competitive, digitalization is a key factor in economic growth. The Karamunting Farmers Group produces kelulut honey, and the residents of RT 45 Telaga Sari, Balikpapan—most of whom are MSME actors—are the main target of this Community Service Program (KKN). The partners face several challenges, including the lack of an online information center for local residents, limited access to technology, and the inability to effectively use digital media for promotion. To address these issues, students provided design instructions using Canva to enable the community to produce their own promotional materials. Students also developed a website and social media profiles that serve as an information hub and marketing tools for local products. Mentoring, media production, training, and surveys were implemented as part of the strategy. Findings indicate that the community’s capacity to independently utilize digital media has increased. In conclusion, this initiative successfully supports the growth potential of MSMEs and enhances technology-based communication and promotion in RT 45.
