Abstract

Celosia Garden Park, located in RT. 37, Manggar Village, Balikpapan Timur Sub-district, is a natural tourist destination that offers a beautiful flower garden and a variety of attractive photo areas. Despite its great potential as a local tourist destination, the park suffers from a lack of branding and promotion, leading to low visitation rates and reduced revenue potential. In addition, accessibility limitations make it difficult for visitors to navigate the park area. To address these issues, community service activities began with a site survey to understand the problems and conditions of the park, followed by an analysis of appropriate solutions, and the formation of work teams responsible for implementing each solution. Furthermore, website development and social media management will be carried out on an ongoing basis during the community service period. The installation of directional signs and regulation boards will be implemented in the final stage of the program. A comprehensive evaluation will be conducted to ensure the effectiveness of each solution implemented. The expected outcomes of this activity are the creation of a strong branding for Celosia Garden Park through an attractive digital platform, improved accessibility that provides convenience for visitors, as well as increased visitor numbers that directly contribute to the local economy. This activity will end with an evaluation and a full report as a basis for further development.
