DIGITALIZATION OF WEBSITE-BASED SERVICES TO IMPROVE SERVICE QUALITY IN RT 02 GRAHA INDAH BALIKPAPAN

Administrative services at the RT (Neighborhood Unit) level are still largely carried out manually, making them inefficient and often causing issues in data management. The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted in RT 02 Graha Indah, Balikpapan, offers a solution in the form of service digitalization through the development of a website. This site includes essential features such as resident data, activity attendance, activity lists, financial records, housing data, and documentation, all supported by data security and backup systems. In addition to website development, the team also conducted system usage training for RT officials and prepared a digital user guide. The results of this program show that service digitalization can accelerate administrative processes, improve data accuracy, and facilitate public access to information. This innovation is expected to serve as an initial step toward the digital transformation of public services at the local level.
