IMPLEMENTATION OF CITIZEN DATA DASHBOARD MANAGEMENT AT GRAHA POLTEKBA

The management of Graha Poltekba faces challenges in managing accurate and real time population data due to the high dynamics of resident movement, where the majority of residents are on contract. The difficulty of tracking the number and information of residents manually drives the need for a more efficient and automated data collection system. This community service activity aims to design and implement a resident data collection information system using the Google Workspace platform to address this problem. The method utilizes Google Forms as the primary data input medium for new residents. Data submitted via Google Forms is automatically saved in Google Sheets, which serves as a centralized database. The data from Google Sheets is then processed and visualized in real time on an interactive management dashboard. The dashboard presents population information in easy-to-understand formats such as graphs and diagrams, displaying the total number of residents, age distribution, and other relevant data. A similar process is also implemented for residents who will move out, where they are required to fill out a move-out form to update their occupancy status. The implementation of this system can improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in managing resident data. Managers can obtain more accurate and up-to-date information regarding the number of residents and ownership status at Graha Poltekba Housing.
